Carlee Frew, LPC

Carlee Frew is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University.

Carlee is currently seeing individuals ages 16+ who are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, college mental health, women's issues, relationship difficulties, identity confusion and life stressors. Carlee works from a place of compassion and empathy as well as humor and utilizes modalities such as CBT, DBT, person-centered and trauma informed care.

Carlee believes that 'therapy should be client led, with active collaboration of goals, open feedback on progress and understanding of the therapeutic relationship. ' She states that her 'ultimate goal is to create an environment of healing, collaboration and enjoyment.'

Carlee facilitates weekly sessions helping clients address their challenges and offers free 15 minute phone consultations upon request.
