Rachael Houston, LCSW
Rachael is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Masters of Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University. She also holds two additional degrees ins Psychology and Fine Arts. Before transitioning into private practice, Rachael served some of the tri-state's most vulnerable children and families for nearly ten years.
Rachael first opened her practice as a solo-practitioner in Hoboken. In 2020 she expanded into a group practice and has grown Evolve into an intimate team of seven like-minded professionals. In addition to running the practice, she maintains a small caseload of clients looking to manage their relationships, anxiety, stressors, and trauma. Rachael also specializes in attachment-based issues, co-dependency, and sex therapy.
Rachael is intensely curious to understand the nuances of her client's lives, needs, and personal stories. She uses CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness to help clients lead fulfilling lives. Her personal approach is warm, inviting, and collaborative in nature.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys running, exploring new countries, and being outside in nature.
Rachael facilitates weekly sessions helping clients address these challenges and offers free 15 minute phone consultations upon request.
